Father's Day Gift Guide

Sunday, June 21st--this year's official date for celebrating all things Dad. But, what do you buy the man who genuinely wishes that you won't spend a dime on him (is it just my Dad who loves hearing his gift was bought at 50% off...)? I might be biased, but I think my Dad is the best. It takes a certain kind of patience and kind heart to parent three girls so effortlessly. So, ignoring his requests for nothing, I have gathered some unique (and economical) items I think the Dads out there will appreciate. From disgusting black liquorice that only Dad's seem to like (thanks to Julia for this great idea), to cards and of course beer, there is something here for each kooky Dad out there!

  1. Easel Stand for iPad, $27.49 - Restoration Hardware
  2. Album Frame, $15 - Urban Outfitters
  3. Helles Style Lager, $5.50 - Old Flame Brewery
  4. Liquorice (prices vary) - Candy Bar
  5. Rifle Paper Co. card, $5.95 - Penney & Co.
  6. Jamie's Comfort Food cookbook, $23.82 - Indigo

The best way to spend a day off is with hot chocolate from Isabella's in Oshawa.

This is true with so many aspects of life, isn't it?
